COMMISSION RATES
You pay us when it sells.
There is nothing to pay to get started, and nothing to pay while we have it listed. When a buyer writes the check, we take a commission from that sale. We work with shops in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
- 01
Under $50,000
Fifteen percent of the sale. Due only when a buyer pays. Most of the machines we sell land here.
15%
- 02
$50,000 to $100,000
Ten percent of the sale. A lower rate as the number gets larger, still due only when it sells.
10%
- 03
Over $100,000
Seven percent is the usual rate. On a larger piece we can keep this, or sit down and work out different terms.

Frequently asked questions
- What if we are not sure what it will sell for?
- That is fine. We look at the machine and tell you which rate applies before anything is listed.
- Is there a cost to list?
- No. No listing fee, and no charge for us to come look. If the machine does not sell, you do not owe us a listing fee.
- Do you take the machine to a warehouse?
- No. It stays in your building until the buyer takes it. They handle the rigging and freight. We handle the sale.
- Do you buy equipment outright?
- No. We sell it for you. We do not buy it.
- Is there a warranty?
- No. Machines are sold as-is. Condition is stated on the listing. The buyer should confirm it before purchase.
- Do you accept equipment outside New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut?
- Not right now. Email us anyway if you are close. That may change.
- What is the commission based on?
- The final sale price, which is the amount the buyer pays.
